The UX Points is a concept designed and implemented for UX Agency clients. All our clients come to us with big projects and once these are done they contact us with multiple small tasks. These are for example, website maintenance or photo shootings from time to time and multiple other small services we can do for them.
The UX Points concept is very simple. Every client receives new UX Points on a monthly basis. These points can then be used to receive new services. That brings the biggest possible flexibility to you as our client.
All UX Points upgrades and requested services are available in the UX Points App. Every client can see the purchases and upgrades in the UX Points App just like in a banking app.
Due to the structural maintenance of our platforms we decided to reimplement the UX Points App for an even faster and simpler user interface. All clients can now receive their final e.g. photos in the UX Points App. Also we made it possible that all invoices from our clients will be available for them inside the UX Points App.
The modern user interface gives all clients a chance to cluster multiple tasks into projects, which makes budgeting for you even easier. Now you can see immediately how many points were used to work on a specific project.
